Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions, plans, and services offered by Henmack Integrated Technologies Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"), including our flagship product GioBiz. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By purchasing a subscription or service, you agree to this policy.
Subscriptions and Billing
Our products are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or as otherwise stated at checkout). Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. Prices, plan features, and billing frequency are displayed clearly before you pay.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial payment. This applies once per customer, on your first paid subscription only.
Renewal Charges
Subscription renewals are charged automatically at the start of each new billing period. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it, provided the service has not been materially used during that new period. You can cancel your subscription at any time before renewal to avoid future charges — cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past periods.
Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you are charged twice for the same purchase, or charged an incorrect amount due to a technical or billing error, we will refund the duplicate or excess amount in full once verified. Please report it to us with your transaction reference.
Service Failure
If we are unable to deliver a paid service due to a fault on our side and cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full or pro-rated refund for the affected period, at our discretion and acting in good faith.
What Is Not Refundable
- Partially used billing periods after the 7-day window (cancellation applies to future billing instead)
- Consumed usage-based services or credits (for example, completed identity verification checks), as these incur third-party costs at the moment of use
- Free trials, promotional or discounted periods with no charge
- Charges older than 60 days, except where required by law
How to Request a Refund

- The email address or phone number on your account
- The transaction reference or receipt (from your payment confirmation)
- A brief reason for the request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved faster directly with us than through a bank dispute. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that file chargebacks for charges that are valid under this policy, after the dispute is resolved.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its "Last Updated" date. Changes apply to purchases made after the change is posted.
